Abstracts

Monthly regional maps of the world provide quick visual indications of changes in political risk, based on each month’s issue of International Country Risk Guide (ICRG). All countries are color-coded according to their current levels of overall risk (from ICRG’s Table 1), and each month the maps also display unique icons denoting specific political risks (from ICRG Table 3B) in countries selected by the ICRG’s editorial staff. The highlighted countries are those where the political risk situation is tenuous and likely to change over the near term. The map icons focus on key countries for current international business decisions – based on the details discussed in the regional overviews and specific country analyses of that month’s issue of ICRG.
