Feed Grade Fumed Silica is a high-purity synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide produced by flame hydrolysis and supplied as a fine functional powder for animal-nutrition formulations. The core roles of Feed Grade Fumed Silica is anti-caking, flow improvement, liquid adsorption, carrier support and powder stabilization. Feed Grade Fumed Silica is particularly relevant for vitamins, trace minerals, choline chloride, organic acids, flavouring ingredients and mould-inhibitor preparations that may create moisture sensitivity, poor flowability or inaccurate dosing during premix production.
