Typical applications include metal interconnects for logic and memory devices, metal gates, metal hard masks, MRAM and magnetic sensors, RF filters, power devices, MEMS, optoelectronic devices, advanced packaging, and failure analysis. Product configurations range from manually loaded single-chamber research tools and load-locked single-wafer systems to automated multi-chamber cluster platforms and batch ion beam systems.
