Global Vapor Delivery Modules Supply, Demand and Key Producers, 2026-2032
The global Vapor Delivery Modules market size is expected to reach $ 290 million by 2032, rising at a market growth of 6.0% CAGR during the forecast period (2026-2032).
The vapor delivery module / VDM is a high-precision fluid supply subsystem used to convert deionized water, liquid precursors or partially solid precursor solutions into a controlled vapor flow and stably deliver it to reaction chambers, process chambers or downstream equipment.
The Vapor Delivery Module (VDM) market is better understood as a module-level fluid control subsystem within the semiconductor precursor and high-purity vapor supply chain. Its value is not simply in generating vapor, but in delivering water, liquid precursors, low-vapor-pressure chemicals, or dissolved solid precursors into CVD, ALD, etching, photoresist stripping, surface passivation, and other process chambers in a stable, clean, and accurately metered form.
Current mainstream suppliers have already developed differentiated product routes. Brooks Instrument?s VDM300 focuses on ultra-high-purity deionized water vapor delivery and represents a typical water vapor delivery module. Jiangsu GK-PRETECH?s FVC 300 water vapor control module is also designed for undiluted ultra-high-purity DI water vapor delivery, integrating FELTON high-precision MFC technology, digital control, and alarm diagnostics. This indicates that Chinese suppliers are beginning to move from standalone flow-control components toward module-level VDM localization.
HORIBA STEC is positioned more toward Liquid Source Vaporization Systems, covering direct injection, mixed injection, baking, and other liquid-source vaporization methods. Its LE Series and MI/MV Series are mainly used for semiconductor liquid precursor vaporization and control. Bronkhorst?s VDM-Series is based on CEM technology, integrating gas and liquid flow controllers, a temperature-controlled evaporator, power supply, display, and control functions into an all-in-one vapor delivery module. This route is more suitable for laboratory, pilot-scale, and selected industrial vapor flow control applications.
MSP/TSI and Kemstream represent the DLI direct liquid injection vaporization route. MSP/TSI?s Turbo II Vaporizers are based on droplet vaporization and DLI technology, while Kemstream?s Vapcab is an automated standalone vapor generator and vapor flow control system capable of handling liquid precursors and dissolved solid precursors.
