High-purity quartz, PFA, PTFE and PVDF are commonly used to construct the wetted flow path, while precision temperature control systems are adopted to achieve rapid heating and stable fluid supply. It is a key supporting device for maintaining water purity and process consistency in semiconductor wet processing.

The upstream of Semiconductor Ultrapure Water Heater mainly includes high-purity quartz tube, fluoropolymer material, heating element, temperature sensor, flow control component, valve, pipe fitting, controller and power module. Among them, wetted material and temperature control component directly determine the cleanliness level and operating stability of the product. The midstream mainly covers heater body design, clean assembly, flow path welding, temperature control integration and system testing, requiring strong clean manufacturing capability and semiconductor customer qualification capability. The downstream mainly serves semiconductor wet process equipment manufacturer, wafer fab, display panel manufacturer and advanced packaging production line, where the product is typically used as a high-purity hot water supply unit for wet cleaning, etching, development, post-CMP cleaning and other process modules.
