Site Leasing Services

The company's primary focus is the leasing of antenna space on its multi-tenant towers to various wireless service providers under long-term lease contracts. It primarily serves wireless service provider tenants, including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless.

Site Development Services

The company’s site development business comprises two segments, site development consulting and site development construction, through which it provides wireless service providers a range of services. It performs services for third parties in its core, historical areas of wireless arena, specifically site acquisition, zoning, technical services and construction. It assists wireless service providers in developing and maintaining their own wireless service networks.

In the consulting segment of its site development business, the company offers clients a range of services, including network pre-design; site audits; identification of potential locations for towers and antennas; support in buying or leasing of the location; and assistance in obtaining zoning approvals and permits.
