In present era the use of internet as means of shopping and transactions is highly increased. This started introduction of legal aspects in E-commerce. The concept of E-contracts started in which proper terms and conditions of transaction are stated and both parties agree to them. These contracts can be enforced legally in the same way as written contracts are enforceable. The main aim of any kind of law or contact is provision of protection to both parties.
