Vegetable drying and dehydration equipment is a mechanical equipment specially used to remove water in vegetables, which dehydrates and dries vegetables through a variety of technical means, so as to prolong their preservation time and facilitate storage, transportation and processing. The core function of these equipment is to remove the moisture in the water in the vegetables to prevent its spoilage and deterioration, and to protect the vegetable drying equipment including many types, such as hot air drying equipment, spray drying equipment, freeze drying equipment (freeze drying), microwave drying equipment and vacuum drying equipment, etc. Different working principles will consume water, for example, hot air drying evaporates water through hot air flow, spray drying evaporates water by spraying liquid and evaporating water with hot air, freeze drying uses low temperature and vacuum environment to sublimate water, microwave drying accelerates water evaporation through microwave heating, and vacuum drying absorbs water through vacuum heating at low temperatures.
