A vacuum molybdenum ribbon furnace is a high-temperature heat treatment equipment that uses molybdenum ribbon as a heating element in a vacuum environment. The working principle of the vacuum molybdenum ribbon furnace is mainly based on the resistance heating effect of the molybdenum ribbon and the thermal isolation effect of the vacuum environment. Inside the equipment, the molybdenum ribbon is passed through an electric current, and due to the existence of resistance, the molybdenum ribbon will generate heat. At the same time, maintaining a certain degree of vacuum inside the equipment can effectively reduce the loss of heat to the external environment, thereby achieving efficient heating of the workpiece. The furnace body of the vacuum molybdenum ribbon furnace is usually made of high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, such as stainless steel, ceramics, etc., and high-temperature resistant alloys are also used as furnace materials. A vacuum system is installed inside the equipment to discharge the gas in the furnace to form a high vacuum environment, avoid the occurrence of oxidation, degassing and other reactions, and ensure the purity and quality of the material.
