The furnace body adopts a full-fiber lining structure, with aluminum silicate refractory fiber blanket as the main material, and is combined into large plates through a special process. It has excellent thermal insulation and heat preservation performance, and its weight is only 1/30 of that of a traditional refractory brick furnace body, with significant energy-saving effects (about 30%). The trolley is used as a workpiece carrying device, and its steel structure is welded from steel sections and steel plates to ensure that it does not deform under full load. A guide wheel device is installed at the bottom to achieve flexible entry and exit. The furnace door adopts a light steel structure frame, lined with refractory fiber, opened and closed by an electric lifting device, and is equipped with a spring compression and soft-edge sealing device to ensure the sealing of the furnace body and prevent the escape of high-temperature furnace gas.
