The total phosphorus water quality online automatic monitoring instrument is an intelligent monitoring device based on chemical reaction and optical detection technology. Its core function is to continuously and automatically monitor the total phosphorus content in water (including particulate and dissolved organic and inorganic phosphorus). The equipment mixes the water sample with a catalyst solution and an oxidant, digests the phosphorus-containing compounds under high temperature and high pressure acidic conditions to generate phosphate ions, and then uses the characteristics of molybdate to form a colored complex with phosphate in a strong acid solution. The color change is detected by an optical sensor and converted into a total phosphorus concentration value. The instrument has a real-time data transmission function, which can remotely monitor water quality changes. When the total phosphorus concentration exceeds the standard, it automatically triggers an alarm signal to provide timely warnings for managers.
