Depending on specification and deployment model, typical evaluated prices range from approximately USD 25,000 to USD 350,000 per unit, while complex refinery, source-water or turnkey station projects may exceed USD 100,000 to USD 800,000 per system. The essential value proposition is to convert high-risk waterborne VOC monitoring from intermittent laboratory testing into automated field surveillance, early warning, regulatory compliance and process-control decision support.

Based on our research, the market for online water VOCs monitoring systems should be viewed as a specialised analytical-instrument niche rather than a broad water-quality monitoring category. Its core boundary is the automated or near-real-time measurement of volatile organic compounds in water-phase matrices, supported by dedicated sampling, phase-transfer, enrichment, separation, detection and alarm functions. In China, Focused Photonics/EXPEC, Hangzhou Zetian Chunlai and Qingdao Huankong provide the strongest official evidence for domestic water VOCs online monitoring systems, while several patent-based or directory-based names should remain on the watchlist rather than being forced into the formal OEM list.
