Lithium battery magnesium alloy structural parts are used to support and protect lithium battery modules or battery packs. They are made of lightweight magnesium alloy materials. Since magnesium alloy has excellent strength, rigidity and corrosion resistance, and its density is lower than that of aluminum alloy, lithium battery magnesium alloy structural parts can effectively reduce the weight of the battery system while providing stable support and safety protection, and improve the energy density and endurance of electric vehicles or electronic devices. In addition, this material has good heat dissipation, which helps control the operating temperature of the battery and improves overall safety and service life. The battery pack is the core energy source of new energy vehicles, providing driving power for the entire vehicle. The weight of a battery pack for a pure electric vehicle can reach hundreds of kilograms. If the weight of a new energy vehicle is reduced by 100Kg, the cruising range can be increased by 10-11%, the battery cost can be reduced by 20%, and the daily loss cost can be reduced by 20%. Therefore, lightweight materials have become an important path to solve the problems of new energy vehicles. The lightweight structural parts of the battery pack mainly include the internal end plate/side plate, the external shell and the bottom tray. Among them, the internal end plate plays the role of separating the internal battery module and plays a certain protective role; the external shell is the bearing part of the power battery of the new energy vehicle, which is mainly used to protect the lithium battery from damage when it is hit or squeezed by the outside world; the bottom tray is a structural part at the bottom of the electric vehicle, which is mainly used to fix the battery pack. The traditional automotive battery box is cast with steel plates, aluminum alloys and other materials, and then the surface is sprayed.
