The in-tank high pressure fuel pump is an in-tank mounted fuel pump that provides a high pressure fuel supply to the engine fuel system, and is widely used in gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines, turbocharged engines, and some high performance engines. The pump is designed to achieve higher pressure output to meet the demands of modern vehicles for fine fuel injection and combustion control, improving engine efficiency, power output and fuel economy.Key upstream raw materials for in-tank high-pressure fuel pumps include high-performance engineering plastics, polyamides (e.g. PA6, PA66), corrosion-resistant alloys, motors, control units and chip sensors.
