The fully automatic high-temperature vacuum atmosphere furnace is a device that sintering in an atmosphere below one atmospheric pressure by introducing a certain amount of gas. It realizes the organic combination of vacuum technology and heat treatment technology, and provides an ideal experimental and production environment for processes such as material preparation and heat treatment. The working principle of the fully automatic high-temperature vacuum atmosphere furnace is to send the assembled workpiece into the furnace through the material cart, and then close the furnace door and lock it automatically. The entire heat treatment process such as vacuuming, heating, and cooling is controlled by a preset program. During the heating process, the atmosphere in the furnace can be an inert gas, a reducing gas, or other specific gas to meet the heat treatment requirements of different materials.
