Solids/liquids are thrown against the outer wall surface by inertial centrifugal force and deposit, thus achieving separation from the gas.

The upstream mainly involves the production of steel (such as carbon steel and stainless steel), wear-resistant lining materials (such as alumina ceramics, silicon carbide, and high-chromium cast iron), and high-temperature resistant seals. The midstream is the equipment manufacturing stage, where the core barriers lie in the precision molding of the volute structure, the wear-resistant lining process, and the optimized design of the flow channel ratio for specific operating conditions.

Cyclone separators are typically priced according to parameters such as air volume and materials, resulting in significant price variations. Commonly available models range from US$700/unit to US$3,200+/unit, with gross profit margins typically around 30%?35%.

The explosive growth of the powder processing industry (such as lithium battery cathode and anode materials, and specialty ceramics) has directly driven the pursuit of the highest material recovery rates.
