CNC spindle refers to the axis that drives the workpiece or tool to rotate on the CNC machine tools. The spindle components are usually composed of a spindle, bearings, and transmission parts (gears or pulleys). In the machine, it is mainly used to support transmission parts such as gears and pulleys, transmit motion and torque, such as the machine tool spindle; some are used to clamp workpieces, such as mandrels. CNC spindle is the execution part of the CNC machine tool. It mainly supports transmission parts and transmits torque, drives the workpiece to directly participate in the surface forming movement, and ensures that the workpiece and other parts of the machine tool have the correct relative position.The CNC spindle has a large speed regulation range and can achieve stepless speed regulation.
