Its core structure consists of a soft magnetic alloy core (such as silicon steel sheet, iron-nickel alloy, amorphous alloy, etc.), a winding coil, and an insulation system. Soft magnetic alloys have high magnetic permeability (?r > 1000), low coercivity (Hc < 10A/m), and low hysteresis losses. They generate controllable reactance in AC circuits through the principle of electromagnetic induction, achieving functions such as reactive power compensation, harmonic suppression, and current limiting.
