Commercial products include genotyping kits, sequencing and testing services, flow cytometry antibodies, conjugated antibodies, recombinant proteins, plasmids, cell models, and reference antibodies for drug discovery. Their mechanism is based on recognizing human leukocyte antigen-related ligands and regulating natural killer cell cytotoxicity, immune tolerance, and immune surveillance. Major use scenarios include transplant immunogenetics, natural killer cell research, oncology immunology, immune phenotyping, therapeutic antibody discovery, cell therapy development, and reproductive immunology research.
