A zero-evaporation closed-loop water liquid cooling system is a single-phase water/glycol closed-loop liquid cooling system for high-density servers, GPU clusters, and AI computing centers. It typically consists of cold plates, manifolds, CDU/TMU, pump sets, heat exchangers, dry coolers or air-to-liquid heat exchange units, piping, quick connectors, fluid replenishment, and monitoring systems. The product's gross margin is approximately 34%.

The core demand driver is the rising power density of AI training, inference clusters, and HPC data centers. When rack power reaches tens of kilowatts to hundreds of kilowatts, traditional air cooling is constrained by airflow, noise, energy consumption, and data center space. Closed-loop water liquid cooling can remove heat directly from chips or racks and reduce on-site evaporative water replenishment through air-to-liquid heat exchange, dry coolers, or high-temperature water loops. In water-scarce regions, areas with stricter permitting, and new AI computing center projects, zero-evaporation design is shifting from an optional energy-saving solution to a basic design condition.

On the supply side, the market is jointly driven by data center infrastructure vendors, specialized liquid cooling companies, server OEMs, and Chinese temperature-control equipment manufacturers. European and U.S. companies are stronger in CDU, thermal management control, cold plates, and full-system delivery experience, while Chinese companies are building rapid engineering capabilities through AI computing center construction, telecom operators, and internet customers. Future procurement will focus more on total cooling capacity, liquid-to-air or liquid-to-liquid heat exchange paths, redundancy level, leak detection, water quality control, quick connector compatibility, and adaptation to OCP/rack standards.

Short-term constraints mainly include initial investment, difficulty of on-site retrofitting, non-unified cold plate interfaces across different servers, and insufficient operations and maintenance experience. As GPU platforms adopt liquid cooling at a higher rate, CDU and rack-level closed-loop systems will move from project-based delivery toward standardization, and prices will gradually decline. However, high-reliability pumps, heat exchangers, control systems, and engineering delivery will continue to retain high value, and market growth is expected to remain at a high level.
