Two-phase immersion cooling is a high-efficiency thermal management technology in which electronic components, such as servers, are submerged in a dielectric (non-conductive) liquid that has a low boiling point. As the components generate heat, the liquid absorbs it and begins to boil, changing from liquid to vapor. This phase change efficiently removes heat from the components. The vapor then rises, condenses on a cooled surface (such as a condenser coil), and returns to the liquid state, completing the cycle. This method offers superior cooling performance, reduced energy consumption, and lower noise compared to traditional air-cooling systems, making it ideal for high-performance computing and data centers.
