At the system level, this technology includes the co-sintering preparation of multi-layer ceramic components, the sealed integration of special metal alloy connectors, and the design of an advanced thermal management system. The workflow includes: a catalytic reduction reaction at the cathode generates oxygen ions, which are then transported to the anode via the electrolyte, where they undergo an electrochemical oxidation reaction with the fuel gas, releasing electrons. Its technological advantages are mainly reflected in its high power generation efficiency (50-65%) exceeding the Carnot cycle limit, excellent multi-fuel adaptability, and waste heat utilization characteristics enabling combined heat and power (CHP). Current technological development focuses on low- and medium-temperature operation to improve durability, the development of new electrode materials to enhance anti-carbon deposition performance, and the optimization of rapid system start-up and shutdown strategies.
