Meanwhile, the radioactive decay rate of aluminum is much faster than that of stainless steel. After being bombarded by charged particles of the same flux, the residual radioactivity of aluminum is 1-2 orders of magnitude lower than that of stainless steel. The use of aluminum components can reduce the damage generated during the semiconductor circuit manufacturing process.
