All metal parts undergo low-sulfur and low-chlorine cleaning and surface control to prevent stress corrosion of stainless steel. After assembly, under an RCC-M cleanroom and traceability framework, helium leak testing, dimensional verification, and complete batch file sealing are performed. The real difference lies not in the molding method, but in locking down the entire chain of fixed carbon ash, halogen metal impurities, and post-irradiation rebound relaxation, and being able to produce audit-grade material certificates.
