Nanocrystalline alloy cores are high-performance soft magnetic cores made from iron-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strips. They are produced through rapid solidification to create amorphous thin strips, followed by precise heat treatment to form a nanoscale grain structure, and then winding, cutting, and packaging. Their typical composition is primarily iron (Fe), with added elements such as silicon (Si), boron (B), niobium (Nb), and copper (Cu). Through a nanocrystallization process, a crystal structure with a grain size typically of 10?20 nanometers is formed, resulting in excellent magnetic properties such as high permeability, low coercivity, and low iron loss.

The upstream of the industry chain mainly includes suppliers of high-purity iron, silicon, boron, copper, niobium, and other alloy raw materials, as well as manufacturers of high-speed melting, rapid solidification, thin strip rolling, and precision heat treatment equipment, providing a basic guarantee for the preparation of nanocrystalline strip materials. The midstream consists of nanocrystalline alloy magnetic core manufacturers, responsible for nanocrystalline heat treatment, core rolling, cutting, packaging, and optimization of high-frequency, low-loss characteristics, forming finished products such as toroidal cores, open cores, current transformer cores, high-frequency transformer cores, and EMI filter cores. Downstream applications mainly include new energy power generation (photovoltaic inverters, wind power generation), energy storage systems, new energy vehicle on-board power supplies, charging piles, power electronic equipment, industrial power supplies, data center power supplies, communication equipment, current transformers, leakage protection, and electromagnetic compatibility filters.
