Key performance parameters include Dk, Df, Tg, Td, CTE, CAF resistance, water absorption, copper roughness compatibility, lamination process window and lot-to-lot stability.

In industry pricing terms, AI-server-grade low-loss laminates are materially higher-value products than standard FR-4, with mainstream M6/M7/M8 materials commonly assessed in the range of roughly USD 80?250 per square metre, while extreme-low-loss or PTFE-rich systems may command higher prices depending on qualification status, stack-up complexity and volume availability.
