The midstream segment consists of integrated device manufacturers (IDMs), fabless semiconductor companies, and timing-solution providers that design and manufacture DCO chips, digitally controlled crystal oscillators (DCXOs), MEMS-based oscillators, clock generators, and frequency synthesizers. The downstream segment includes telecommunications infrastructure, smartphones, data centers, networking equipment, consumer electronics, industrial automation systems, automotive ADAS and infotainment platforms, aerospace and defense electronics, and emerging AI and edge-computing devices, where DCOs provide accurate, low-jitter, and digitally programmable timing signals essential for system synchronization and performance.
