AI server vapor chamber refers to a two phase thermal spreading component designed for high power GPU servers, AI accelerator modules, CPU servers and high performance computing systems. The product mainly consists of copper or copper alloy chambers, sintered capillary wick structures, working fluid channels, vacuum sealing structures and precision bonding assemblies. Major product forms include ultra thin vapor chambers, 3D vapor chambers, vapor chamber lids, vapor chamber integrated cold plate structures and hybrid thermal spreading structures. Core manufacturing technologies involve vacuum chamber fabrication, sintered wick processing, vacuum fluid filling, diffusion bonding and high flatness precision machining. Its primary function is to achieve ultra high heat flux dissipation and thermal balancing through evaporation and condensation cycles of the working fluid, thereby meeting the thermal stability and reliability requirements of AI servers operating under high computing density, high power consumption and long duration continuous workloads. AI server vapor chambers are widely used in AI training servers, AI inference servers, GPU modules, high speed networking switches and data center thermal management systems. Compared with consumer electronics vapor chambers, AI server vapor chambers generally feature larger form factors, higher flatness tolerance, stronger vacuum reliability, longer thermal cycling life and stricter data center grade stability requirements. In 2025, the global AI server vapor chamber industry recorded an average gross margin of approximately 30% to 45%, while standard AI server vapor chamber products were typically priced at around 15 to 30 US dollars per unit and high end 3D vapor chambers and vapor chamber lid products were generally priced at around 35 to 80 US dollars per unit.
