Downstream, these systems are bought and used by telecom OEMs, chipmakers, device makers, universities and research labs, and certification/conformance labs to validate candidate 6G radios and networks as standardization ramps (e.g., 3GPP Rel-20/Rel-21 6G work), and in later phases they flow into manufacturing test?especially wafer sort and final test environments where automated test equipment (ATE) and probers screen and calibrate RF/high-speed ICs before packaging.
