The zinc and aluminum flakes determine the sacrifice of protective and shielding performance; the binder system affects adhesion, salt spray resistance, and baking-curing stability; and the friction modifiers relate to the torque consistency during fastener assembly. The midstream mainly involves waterborne formulation development, slurry dispersion, stable storage, coating application, and baking-curing control. The downstream focuses on applications requiring thin coatings, high corrosion resistance, chromium-free environmental friendliness, and low hydrogen embrittlement risk, such as automotive fasteners, chassis components, brake components, construction machinery parts, and wind power and rail transit steel components.
