In terms of gross margin, the thermally conductive ceramics industry generally maintains a medium to high level, typically ranging from 25% to 45%. Mid- to low-end alumina products face intense competition and relatively lower margins, while high-end materials such as aluminum nitride and silicon nitride benefit from stronger pricing power due to technological and certification barriers, with margins often exceeding 40%. Although cost reductions are achieved through scale and process optimization, high-performance products continue to sustain strong profitability. As high-end applications expand, overall industry profitability is expected to improve steadily.
