S-Zorb Gasoline Octane-Enhancing Co-catalyst is a functional catalytic additive used in the S-Zorb gasoline hydro-assisted adsorption desulfurization process, mainly for catalytic cracking gasoline desulfurization in refinery operation. The product typically uses modified ZSM-5 and modified Beta molecular sieve as core active components, together with carrier material, binder and auxiliary additive, and is formed into granular or microspherical material. It is used in combination with the main S-Zorb sorbent. Its core function is not to serve as the primary desulfurization material, but to promote isomerization and related reactions of gasoline components during desulfurization, reducing octane loss caused by olefin hydrogenation, thereby helping refinery maintain or improve gasoline RON while lowering sulfur content.

The upstream raw material mainly includes ZSM-5 molecular sieve, Beta molecular sieve, alumina, pseudo-boehmite, clay, metal oxide modification component, binder and forming additive. The production process involves molecular sieve modification, slurry mixing, spray forming, calcination and performance evaluation. Downstream application mainly includes refinery gasoline desulfurization, FCC gasoline processing, clean gasoline production, S-Zorb unit upgrade and other refinery gasoline quality optimization scenario.
