PVDF Granule refers to a thermoplastic fluoropolymer material existing in granular form, polymerized from vinylidene fluoride monomers. It possesses excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation properties, and mechanical strength. Compared to powdered products, granular PVDF is more suitable for extrusion, injection molding, and other thermoforming processes, facilitating continuous processing and large-scale production. Granular polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a high-performance fluorinated thermoplastic engineering plastic supplied in granular form, polymerized from vinylidene fluoride monomers. This material possesses excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation properties, and mechanical strength, and is widely used in chemical equipment, wires and cables, photovoltaic modules, and lithium batteries. Compared to powdered PVDF, granular products are more suitable for thermal processing processes such as extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding, facilitating large-scale continuous production and forming an important part of the high-end engineering materials market.
