Demand for MLCC-grade magnesium oxide (MgO) is largely driven by the broader MLCC cycle and the shift toward higher capacitance density and higher reliability. Growth in AI servers/data centers (power delivery), automotive electronics (ADAS, domain controllers, traction inverters, on-board chargers), premium consumer devices, and industrial/new-energy power systems increases the need for tighter control of dielectric microstructure and co-firing behavior.
