Low-Resistance Conductive Carbon Paste is a low-resistance conductive paste made with carbon-based conductive fillers such as conductive carbon black, graphite, graphene and carbon nanotubes, together with resin binders, solvents, dispersants and functional additives. The product is suitable for film-forming processes such as screen printing, gravure printing, dispensing and coating, and can be used to build low-sheet-resistance conductive carbon films, printed conductors, electrode layers and shielding/grounding layers on substrates such as PET, PI, glass, ceramics, metal foils and PCBs. Compared with silver-based conductive pastes, Low-Resistance Conductive Carbon Paste features lower material cost, good corrosion resistance, low silver migration risk and good compatibility with flexible substrates. Its sheet resistance, adhesion, bending resistance and processing window can be adjusted through conductive filler systems, resin systems and rheological design.

Upstream materials mainly include conductive carbon black, graphite powder, graphene, carbon nanotubes, resins, solvents, dispersants, leveling agents, curing agents and packaging materials. In the midstream, manufacturers produce paste products with different sheet resistance grades, viscosity systems and process adaptability through filler dispersion, formulation design, grinding and filtration, viscosity adjustment and quality control. Downstream applications mainly include membrane switches, flexible sensors, flexible circuits, keyboard circuits, flexible heating films, auxiliary conductive layers for photovoltaic cells and other printed electronic devices. Low-Resistance Conductive Carbon Paste is an important category of low-cost printed conductive materials.
