In recent years, driven by rapid industry expansion, continued capacity releases, and periodic oversupply in certain segments, the prices of lithium salts, solvents, and some additives have generally trended downward, resulting in a simultaneous decline in the price center of lithium battery electrolyte materials. Under this backdrop, a single company is usually unable to exert meaningful influence over raw material pricing and instead acts more as a price taker in the market. As a result, industry profitability is more easily affected by fluctuations in raw material prices, downstream bargaining power, and changes in product mix. Overall, the lithium battery electrolyte materials industry has a clear material manufacturing nature and a relatively competitive market structure.
