They are particularly suitable for semiconductor packaging, AI/HPC chips, power modules, laser diodes, optical communications, aerospace electronics, and burn-in/test applications where high power density and low thermal resistance are required.

The gross margin of Indium Thermal Interface Materials is generally higher than that of standard silicone thermal pads and thermal greases. A reasonable industry range is approximately 30%?55%.
