The upstream mainly includes ferrite powder, carbon black, graphite, conductive fillers, magnetic powders, polyurethane foam, rubber, resins, honeycomb cores, adhesives and flame-retardant additives. The midstream covers material formulation, coating, foaming, molding, sintering, impregnation, lamination, cutting, pyramidal shaping, performance testing and customized absorber design. The downstream serves EMC laboratories, antenna testing facilities, radar and defense systems, communication equipment, automotive radar, aerospace electronics, consumer electronics and industrial RF testing users.

The cost structure mainly includes functional raw materials 35%?45%, such as ferrite, carbon-based fillers and magnetic powders; base materials and auxiliary chemicals 15%?20%, including foam, rubber, resin, adhesives and flame retardants; processing and manufacturing 18%?25%, including coating, molding, sintering, cutting and lamination; testing and quality control 6%?10%; labor and equipment depreciation 6%?10%; and packaging, logistics and other costs 5%?8%. High-end millimeter-wave, high-power and chamber-grade absorbers usually have higher formulation and testing costs.
