High-efficiency viscose-based graphite felt is a type of graphite felt prepared using viscose fiber as the precursor material. Viscose fiber, a type of regenerated cellulose fiber, undergoes high-temperature processes such as carbonization and graphitization to form a felt-like material with a graphite structure. During the preparation process, the carbonization stage removes non-carbon elements from the fiber, while the graphitization process arranges the carbon atoms in a more regular and orderly manner, thereby imparting the material with high-efficiency thermal and electrical properties, among others. Due to its many excellent properties such as high thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, and good chemical stability, this material is referred to as high-efficiency viscose-based graphite felt.
