Main product forms include cylindrical extrudates, spherical particles, trilobe particles, shaped pellets and dedicated guard bed materials. Key specifications include deoxygenation activity, isomerization selectivity, cracking selectivity, low temperature flow property improvement, hydrothermal stability, coke resistance, tolerance to metal, phosphorus, chlorine and silicon impurities, bed pressure drop, bulk density, mechanical strength and operating cycle length. Their core function is to convert used cooking oil, animal fats, vegetable oils and other lipid feedstocks into HEFA aviation fuel components that meet requirements for jet fuel distillation range, freezing point, flash point, aromatic content control and carbon emission reduction.
