The core layer is primarily composed of rubber monomers such as n-butyl acrylate and butadiene, while the shell layer uses hard monomers such as methyl methacrylate (MMA), styrene, and acrylonitrile. Some high-performance products also incorporate siloxanes for modification. These monomers are polymerized through emulsion polymerization to form core-shell structured particles with a particle size of 100-300 nm, which are then spray-dried to obtain the finished product.In terms of cost structure, direct material costs account for over 80%, with monomer raw materials accounting for the vast majority of raw material costs, and their prices are significantly affected by fluctuations in the petrochemical industry chain.
