It requires low metal ion content.
Upstream industries mainly consist of petrochemical raw materials such as phenol/cresol, formaldehyde, acid/base catalysts, modifiers, and solvents. Downstream industries include photoresist/device manufacturers used in semiconductor wafers, display panels, advanced packaging, and MEMS photolithography processes.
