Compared with traditional copper, aluminum, tungsten-copper, molybdenum-copper and conventional ceramic thermal management materials, Diamond-SiC Composite Material offers stronger advantages in thermal conductivity, thermal expansion matching, dimensional stability and high-temperature reliability, making it particularly suitable for addressing the ?high heat generation, limited space and strict matching? challenges in high-computing-power chips, high-power semiconductors and RF devices.In China, Huanghe Whirlwind has made certain technical progress in diamond-SiC composite material. Public information indicates that its related materials have achieved thermal conductivity of over 700 W/(m?K) and a coefficient of thermal expansion as low as 2.6 ppm/?C, providing a technical foundation for expansion into high-end semiconductor thermal management materials. However, in terms of commercialization progress, the product still appears to be mainly at the R&D validation and industrialization promotion stage, with no clear evidence of large-scale mass production or stable commercial supply. It is expected to become a potential new growth area in high-end semiconductor materials.
