The current total cost of pellets is approximately 13,000 yuan/ton, of which raw material consumption accounts for 9,000 yuan per ton, accounting for ~72%. The remainder is energy consumption, labor, and depreciation. Overall, this cost is still 30%?40% higher than traditional PE.
