With the rapid adoption of CTP technology, the internal architecture of battery packs has been simplified from a three-layer structure (cell?module?pack) to a two-layer structure (cell?pack). As a result, structural adhesives have evolved from auxiliary materials into key load-bearing and safety-critical components within the battery system. This transition significantly raises performance requirements, including high mechanical strength, thermal cycling resistance, flame retardancy, and thermal conductivity compatibility.
