Cast Iron Cooling Staves for Blast Furnaces refers to the cast iron structure part used to cool and control the temperature inside the blast furnace on the inner wall of the blast furnace. It is usually made of cast iron material and installed on the inner wall of the blast furnace, especially in key positions such as the lower part of the furnace body, the surrounding wall and the throat. The main function of the cooling stave is to absorb the heat generated inside the blast furnace through the water cooling system, maintain the stability of the temperature inside the furnace, and prevent the inner wall of the blast furnace from overheating, melting or damage due to high temperature. The design of the cooling stave should not only take into account good thermal conductivity, but also have sufficient mechanical strength and high temperature resistance to cope with the harsh working environment in the blast furnace. In actual applications, the cooling stave continuously circulates water through water cooling devices (such as water jackets, pipes, etc.), thereby effectively reducing the temperature of the inner wall of the blast furnace and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the blast furnace.
