The product cost structure is roughly as follows: raw material costs account for about 55%, processing energy consumption and equipment amortization account for about 20% of total revenue, and expenditures from formula additives and packaging materials account for about 8%; R&D and quality inspection expenses account for about 7%, and sales and administrative expenses account for about 10%. Products can be divided into precursor sources according to parameters: biomass-based, asphalt-based, and petroleum coke-based.
