PTFE suspension fine powder is a microfine powder of polytetrafluoroethylene, produced by suspension polymerization in water with the addition of a dispersant. It possesses excellent chemical stability, high-temperature resistance, low friction coefficient, and non-stick properties. It is often used as an additive to improve the lubrication, wear resistance, and anti-stick properties of materials such as plastics, lubricants, inks, and coatings. It can also be processed into rods, tubes, and plates through molding and extrusion.

The upstream core raw material for PTFE suspension fine powder originates from the strategic mineral fluorite, which is processed to obtain anhydrous hydrofluoric acid, and then cracked to produce the key monomer tetrafluoroethylene. Its downstream applications are extensive, primarily serving industries such as chemical corrosion protection, high-end manufacturing, electronics, machinery, and medical and food industries, as a key material for manufacturing seals, linings, special pipes, wire insulation, and medical device components.
