The company primarily focuses on Medicare, the federal government-sponsored health insurance program for United States citizens aged 65 and older, qualifying disabled persons, and persons suffering from end-stage renal disease.

As of December 31, 2009, the company operated coordinated care Medicare Advantage plans in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas.
