The fluorescence generated by the sample and the excitation light reflected by the objective lens surface and the cover glass surface enter the objective lens at the same time, and the excitation light and fluorescence are separated by a two-color beam splitter to form an image. The working distance of the objective lens and condenser is very long, and the objects under inspection in the culture dish can be directly observed and studied microscopically. It is suitable for soil microbial culture experiments, and has the characteristics of microscopic observation in culture bottles or culture dishes, and can observe transparent living bodies without staining. It is particularly suitable for microscopic observation of living cells and cell in vitro culture.
